During Stream Cleanup, Volunteer will be removing litter from the stream and surrounding areas. Not all volunteers have to enter the water. You can choose to stick to the stream banks and drainage area.
Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the park. You can meet staff at the shelter by the playground for registration and to receive supplies and instructions.
What to Bring: To limit single-use plastic, please bring a filled reusable water bottle.
What to Wear: Supplies such as hip waders and grabbers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but we will bring as many as we can. All volunteers will be provided with gloves and trash bags. Feel free to bring your own gloves and boots if you’d like! We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and long pants to this event.
