Stream cleanups involve removing litter from the stream and surrounding areas to improve water quality and wildlife habitat!
Parking: Parking is available in the Irvins Creek Creenway lot at the listed address. .You can meet staff at the check-in table in front of that parking lot to register and receive supplies and instructions.
What to Bring: To limit single-use plastic, please bring a filled reusable water bottle.
What to Wear: Supplies such as hip waders and grabbers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but we will bring as many as we can. All volunteers will be provided with gloves and trash bags. Feel free to bring your own gloves and boots if you’d like! We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and long pants to this event.
