Tree maintenance involves caring for trees planted in floodplains to help with stream stability and to provide habitat. During this event, we will be removing invasive plants, pruning, and mulching.
Parking: Street parking is available in front of the lot and along Chilton. You can meet staff at a table set up in front of the lot at the listed address for registration and to receive supplies and instructions.
What to Bring: To limit single-use plastic, please bring a filled reusable water bottle. Supplies such as gloves. pruners, shovels, and other items needed for the trees will be supplies by our staff. You are welcome to bring your own gloves if you like.
What to Wear: We recommend wearing shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty!
